How to Use the Patient Portal

If you have not logged in to the Patient Portal before, please call our office to register.

You will receive an email from your physician's office once you have been web enabled. The email will contain your User ID and Temporary password. When you receive this information you will be able to login and have access to:

• Your Medical History
• Your Appointment Scheduling
• Your Lab Results
• Messages

If you forget your username or password, please contact us.
