Charles
R. Downey was raised in Austin and graduated from Texas A&M University with a BS
in Biology. Following completion of medical school in Temple, Texas, he entered
active duty in the US Army and began his training in OB/GYN at Brooke Army
Medical Center in San Antonio. He served in various locations around the world
including a 5-month tour in Baghdad, Iraq in 2003. After 10 years of service,
MAJ Downey was honorably discharged from the Army in 2004 and opened his
practice in Richardson.
Dr. Downey lives in Richardson with his wife and 3 children. He is board
certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College
of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. He enjoys many outdoor activities including
golfing, bicycling, and running. The Downey's are active at The Heights Baptist
Church in Richardson.
Dr. Dr. Meghan Drake is a native Texan who grew up in Fort Worth Texas. She attended the University of North Carolina to play Division I field hockey and received her undergraduate degree. She then returned to Texas to complete her Medical School training at UT San Antonio and her OBGYN residency at Methodist Dallas. Dr. Drake enjoys all aspects of Women's healthcare such as: obstetrics, Robotic surgical procedures, well woman care and transgender medicine. Outside of work Dr. Drake enjoys exercising and spending time outdoors with her family.
Dr. Jolaiya Faturoti is passionate about delivering quality, patient-centered obstetrical and gynecological care to women of all ages and cultures. She places a priority on providing patient education — taking the time to answer patient questions, address concerns and explain options in a way that helps ensure each woman leaves empowered and equipped to take control of her own health.
She enjoys managing all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology including preconception, infertility, low and high-risk pregnancies, preventative care, healthy lifestyle education, adolescent gynecology and menopause management, in office procedures and minimally invasive surgeries. Dr. Faturoti also provides treatment strategies for fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding.
Dr. Faturoti was born and raised in Dallas, TX. She earned her medical degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She completed her obstetrics/gynecology internship at North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center before finishing her training through the BronxCare Health System obstetrics/gynecology residency program in Bronx, NY. Dr. Faturoti is a junior fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
When not focused on women's healthcare she enjoys a very active lifestyle with her husband, Ayo and cherishes valuable time with her young son. Dr. Faturoti is thrilled and grateful for the opportunity to serve the community and plans on serving through volunteering, mentoring and ministry.

Wanda was raised in San Antonio, Texas. She moved to the DFW area in 2015 with her husband and 3 children. She received her Master's in Nursing Degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner in 2019 from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a comprehensive background with over 16 years of Nursing. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner she worked in Labor and Delivery as a Registered Nurse. She has taken care of patients ranging from Newborns to Geriatrics with both acute and chronic illnesses. She has been providing services for women, such as women's wellness exams, pap smear tests, mammograms, and much more.
