Insurance

We accept most major insurance plans. We do not verify insurance coverage other than for certain procedures, surgery and obstetrics. We recommend that you contact your insurance provider for specific benefits.

All insurance filings are handled through our office. For inquiries regarding billing and/or insurance, please contact our offices. Your primary insurance will be filed automatically. However, some charges are expected to be paid at the time of the visit.

These would include:

• You will be asked to pay your co-pay amount at the time services are provided.
• If you have not met your deductible for the year, you will be asked to pay in full at the time services are provided until your deductible is met.
• If for any reason you are unable to pay in full, please contact our billing specialists immediately to make payment arrangements.
• Please note, we can no longer accept personal checks at time of service.

For our un-insured patients, a discount is applied to our services and labs. Our office can provide you with an approximation of those costs before your visit if needed.
